WONKHE - The almost-ban on staff student relationships needs clarifying and simplifying

As we get closer to the Office for Students implementing the new condition of registration, on harassment and sexual misconduct, more questions, and interpretations are surfacing.

We have spoken on how universities have handled staff and student relationships, and universities that are at the fore front of this such as one of our Founder Member University College London who banned relationships between staff and students in 2020, we are happy this is being looked at as part of the new implementations, but as WONKHE says, does it go far enough in its descriptions and selections, should a blanket ban be in place to make it less confusing and easy to clarify.
