The Mental Health Foundation - How to manage and reduce stress


Today marks the start of International Stress Awareness Week. We can all suffer from stress, and it is important to recognise when we are, and how to take measures to reduce that stress. Stress can affect us in different ways, both physically and emotionally and in varying intensities.


Being at university for the first time and coming back after half term is a time when a lot of students struggle, as going home can make them miss thier families even more.
