BBC - Student nurse thought patient was going to kill her

Student Safety is at the core of what we do, working closely with Universities and their Security teams to ensure student safety on campus, and on nights out.


But when students are off campus and on work placement, their safety is in the hands of the workplace. There are many degrees that involve students in the workplace, from trainee teachers to paramedics. It is an essential part of the degree, but with violence in certain jobs growing, it may be time to look at what more we can do to keep staff and students safe.
